The Virtuoso offers many of the same great features as the Maestro Plus along with commercial grade conical burrs, a 480-watt DC motor and sleek brushed-satin metal accents.

With up to 40 grind settings, the Virtuoso can deliver a grind fine enough for a professional espresso machine and coarse enough for a French press. The Italian-made 44mm grinding burrs feature the same material and durability as the industry's highest-quality line of commercial conical burr coffee grinders.

Driving the burrs is a powerful, high-torque DC motor that turns slowly yet effortlessly for a cool, quiet operation that permits long grinding duty-cycles. An automatically resetting thermal cut-off switch prevents the grinder from overheating. In addition, a combination of gear and electronic speed reduction maintains the rotation of the burrs at 450 rpm. This slow speed reduces heat, noise and static generation in the grinder and ensures that the beans feed smoothly into the burrs.

Easy to clean, the Virtuoso features a removable bean hopper that exposes the grinding chamber to allow the outer ring burr to be lifted out. Other features include a 60-second timer, a front-mounted pulse button to manually control the amount of beans to grind, an 8-oz. clear bean hopper and a 5-oz. grounds bin. The grinder comes in black with a beautiful brushed-satin metal top and base.

Comments:	What they don't tell you is this machine will operate at 65 watts empty of beans, but can pull up to 780 watts. The first time I used this machine I set it too fine and turned my coffee into dust! If you want to grind your beans exact this machine has the settings! If you have a grinder that jams, get a Baratza. Don't waste your money on cheaper machines!
Bottom Line:	I would recommend this product.
