| Comments: | This coffee maker grinds and brews wonderful coffee! I made sure that I followed the directions carefully and thoroughly clean all necessary parts after each use. However, it is very difficult to see the water line from inside of the coffee maker (have to use a flashlight)- a clear window on the side with the cup markings would be much better. Also, when I placed my order, the staff person was very courteous and said that I would receive my coffee maker in about a week (shipping from the west coast to the east coast). I had my coffee maker in less than a week! We are very happy with our coffeemaker and would not hesitate to do business again with the Beverage Factory! |

| Comments: | I find the coffe does not stay hot long enough in the stainless steel carafe. Also, the grinding blade assembly will get clogged with only one use causing water to build up, then pour out the sides of this coffee maker. The grinding assembly also is difficult to remove to clean - mine continuously gets stuck and will not remove. This coffee maker has made more than one mess on my countertop, going to another brand! |
