The solid steel conical burr grinder slowly grinds the coffee beans, creating minimal heat and thus preserving more aroma than blade grinding. It offers 4 fineness settings for different kinds of beans as well as programmed settings for the amount of coffee to grind (4, 6, 8 or 10 cups). Grinding and brewing are separated to keep moisture away from the grinder.

The 10-cup stainless steel carafe keeps coffee hot for hours. During brewing, the coffee is delivered into the carafe through a closed lid. To serve, just turn the lid's dot to the pouring spout. Closing the lid again preserves the coffee's temperature and aroma.

The CoffeeTEAM Therm also features an AM/PM programmable clock/timer that allows the coffee maker to be set to automatically grind and brew. The elegant white-on-black display is illuminated and easy to read. It shows the time, strength setting and how many cups the grinder has been programmed to produce.

Other features include an one-touch programming button that provides access to all programming options, an 80-gram bean container with a detachable see-through cover and a Stop-and-Serve function that allows you to sneak a cup before the brewing cycle is complete.
