The Bialetti Susy combines beautifully polished inox with black accents in a classic profile. A simple stovetop brewer, the Susy is suitable for gas, electric or radiant heat sources...just fill the lower vessel with water, add fine ground (espresso) coffee to the integral filter and heat until the upper vessel is filled with coffee. CARE AND USE
Bialetti stainless steel coffee makers are Dishwasher Safe
Brew 2-3 pots of coffee prior to initial use to season the pot
Use fine to medium ground espresso coffee only
For espresso serve in warmed 2 oz demi cups, for cappuccino top with frothed milk in 5 oz cups.
