Bodum Pavina glasses provide superb insulation for both hot and cold drinks due to their unique double-wall feature. Air trapped between the two walls allow you to hold onto a piping hot glass of espresso without burning your fingers, or prevent condensation from forming on the outer wall while holding a cold beverage. Made of strong yet lightweight borosilicate glass, these glasses can safely go in the diswasher and microwave.

Please use care when placing ice into the glass to avoid fracturing the inner layer. Bodum suggests placing the liquid first and then the ice. Please also avoid using metal spoons or placing the glass into a crowded dishwasher. These glasses will help to keep hot drinks warmer and cool drinks cooler. For best results retaining heat, pre-heat the glass before use.

Comments:	These are the best glasses ever! No rings on furniture from friends that don't use coasters. Everyone that uses them loves them. I do put them in the dishwasher, but carefully and not next to plastic that gets very hot. You have to be very careful with them and don't knock them over in the sink. They are lightweight and beautiful. I have iced tea, 12 ounce, and coffee mugs. I love them all!!!
Bottom Line:	I would recommend this product.
