Ideal for small food service businesses as well as home and office use, the Solis Master Top Super Automatic Espresso Machine is equipped with a range of professional functions for brewing superb quality coffee. An ultra-quiet built-in adjustable grinder grinds just the right amount of coffee selected for brewing, while a special pre-brewing system ensures optimum flavor extraction by moistening the freshly ground coffee with hot water for a few seconds prior to the actual brewing process. Dual stainless steel boilers deliver both coffee and steam at the same time, so there's no need to wait between brewing and frothing.

The clean, attractive front control panel is user-friendly with an easy-to-read digital display and separate buttons for espresso, café crème and a pot of coffee. Buttons for individual programming (hidden under the flip-down front panel) allow you to adjust the cup volume, quantity of ground coffee and coffee temperature as well as select the pre-ground bypass.

The Master Top stays impeccably clean thanks to the exclusive Solis Full Cleaning System (F.C.S.). The system includes a removable brew group and an integrated cleaning program (using Solitabs cleaning tablets). In addition, an automatic rinsing function is activated whenever the espresso machine is switched on or off.

This fully automatic espresso machine also features an easy-to-operate hot water and steam nozzle, a 2.4-liter water reservoir that's front-loading for easy access, a cup warming tray, automatic waste coffee ejection and a height-adjustable dispensing head that accommodates mugs, demitasse cups and even coffee pots.
