Enjoy café quality espresso, cappuccino and latte in the comfort of your home with the Krups XP9000 Super Automatic Espresso and Coffee Center. A large, easy-to-read digital display and front push button controls provide a simple and intuitive operation. Programmable functions including coffee strength, coffee temperature, hot water volume, steam time and water hardness level can be easily customized using the hidden control panel located on the top of the unit. The control panel also provides easy access to maintenance programs for descaling, cleaning the steam nozzle and more.
The XP9000 also features the exclusive Krups automatic cappuccino and latte function that makes perfect cappuccinos and lattes simply and easily without extra attachments or milk containers. Simply place a cup on the drip tray with the correct amount of milk under the steaming nozzle, lower the height-adjustable central steaming nozzle into the cup, select either the Cappuccino or Latte mode and follow the on-screen instructions. The machine automatically heats and froths the milk to the right level, then automatically grinds the beans and delivers freshly brewed coffee directly into the cup.
In addition, this super automatic espresso machine is equipped with a commercial quality conical burr grinder with four fineness settings and a bypass for pre-ground coffee. Other features include an empty bean sensor, a cup warming plate, a removable 88-oz. water tank and a stainless steel lined thermoblock heating system with a high-performance 15-BAR pump. The espresso machine also comes with a removable brew group and drip tray for easy cleaning.
