la Pavoni ESC-8 Stradivari Espresso Maker - Black & Chrome
In celebration of 100 years of producing the finest espresso makers, la Pavoni introduces the Stradavari, the latest addition to their classic line of piston lever machines. Inspired by Italian violin maker Antonio Stradivari, this elegant manual espresso maker features a beautiful chrome-plated brass exterior with a boiler that holds 0.8 liter, enough to brew 8 cups of espresso. A pressurestat ensures a constant boiler pressure of 0.7 and 0.8 BAR. The machine is equipped with a chrome-plated brass portafilter for café-quality espresso and a commercial-style stainless steel steam wand. Additional features include a water level gauge, a safety valve and a manual reset safety thermostat that shuts off the unit in case of overheating. The Stradivari is available with a choice of Black or Wood handles and knobs.
