la Pavoni Professional Espresso Makers are made in Italy and available in a choice of Chrome, Citrus Orange or Rally Red. This lever model features a chrome-plated brass portafilter and an 1.6-L brass boiler that produces up to 16 cups of espresso. A pressurestat ensures a constant internal pressure of 0.7 and 0.8 BAR, which can be monitored with the pressure gauge. The easy-to-use controls include an illuminated on/off switch and a simple knob to adjust the steam. For cafe-quality cappuccinos and lattes, the espresso maker is equipped with a commercial style steam wand.
The espresso maker also features a water level gauge, a safety valve and an internal re-set switch in case of overheating.
