la Pavoni combined style, quality and reliability in their Europiccola Manual Espresso Machine. Built to last, this classic piston lever model is largely constructed of cast brass and features a 0.8-liter boiler that brews up to 8 cups of espresso. A pressurestat ensures a constant internal pressure of 0.7 and 0.8 BAR. The machine is equipped with a chrome-plated brass portafilter and a commercial-style steam wand that lets you steam and froth milk like a pro. Additional features include a water level gauge, an indicator light, a safety valve and a reset safety thermoprotector that shuts off the machine in case of overheating.
