Gaggia combines elegant design aesthetics with their expertise in espresso making to bring you the stylish Evolution Semi-Automatic Espresso Machine. The Evolution features the same top-quality brewing components found in other Gaggia espresso makers, including a commercial-style portafilter, brew group and high-wattage boiler. Made of marine brass and plated in chrome, the portafilter and brew group retain the maximum heat for brewing authentic espresso. The unique boiler system features two external heating elements embedded in its sides that help to distribute heat and ensure temperature stability.

The Evolution also comes with a Turbo Frother frothing wand that makes it easy to create creamy cappuccinos and lattés. In addition, this espresso maker also includes a removable 44-oz. water reservoir, a passively heated cup warmer and two stainless steel filter baskets (single/pod and double shot).
