The Incanto Sirius is the newest Saeco superautomatic espresso machine. Flawless in design and engineered to produce the best cup of coffee, the Incanto Sirius is the only espresso machine of its kind on the market today, blending new user-friendly features with the very latest in brewing technology. The Incanto Sirius introduces several new innovations from Saeco.
The Saeco Brewing System® (SBS) makes it easy for anyone to brew coffee precisely to individual taste. Turning the dial located on the front of the dispensing head clockwise delivers a robust Italian espresso. Turning it counterclockwise delivers a milder, American-style cup of coffee. The SBS feature regulates the coffee dose in the extraction chamber while maintaining the pressure, changing the consistency and flavor of the espresso to satisfy different tastes.
With the Saeco OptiDose® adjustable doser, you can regulate the amount of beans to grind per serving (from 6-12 grams). The adjustable built-in conical burr grinder features anti-gravel and automatic shut-off. The Rapid Steam® means no waiting between frothing milk with a Pannarello attachment and brewing espresso. The steam wand also produces hot water. The Saeco Aroma System® provides the option of a programmable pre-brewing cycle that injects hot water into ground coffee to maximize flavor extraction.
A large interactive touch-screen display adds sophistication and ease to preparing your coffee. This technology was originally developed for mobile telephones, and is now being used to make Saeco espresso machines even easier to use. Thanks to the graphic display and user-friendly icons you can prepare espresso or your favorite coffee drink with only minimal effort in just a few seconds.
