Just fill the lower chamber with water and the top filter with fine-ground coffee. Then place the pot on the stove and heat until the water boils. Through a pressurizing process, espresso moves to the upper chamber of the pot, ready to be served. Other highlights include a flip-up top with an easy-grip knob, a stay-cool black plastic handle, and a side-pour spout.

Comments:	I own 5 coffee pots including Bodoni French Press, Cuisinart Drip, Farberware percolator, 2 Bialetti Moka pots and a $900 espresso machine. After spending some time in Italy, I found almost every family owns and uses these great coffee pots. The Bialetti is outstanding. It makes great tasting coffee. The thing most people don't get are these: Don't pack the coffee, just fill the funnel. Water only goes to the bottom of the safety valve. The handles may melt if you overheat the pot. Keep them away from direct heat, and you'll be fine. Wait for the pot to cool, then just rinse with water and wipe it with a cloth or paper towel. Do not use soap or scrub the pot. Finally, don't turn by the handle when you unscrew the pot, you'll break it. Enjoy! The coffee is so tasteful I just nuke some milk in the microwave, no sugar and it's excellent.
Bottom Line:	I would recommend this product.
