DAC is a liquid product that does not cake or harden and it mixes instantly. This nitrate free formulation is also low in phosphates and 100% biodegradable. DAC works with all electrical, mechanical and hand driven cleaning units.

The primary active ingredients in DAC are sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide. The twin alkaline formula leverages the cleaning strength of sodium hydroxide with the easy rinsing qualities of potassium hydroxide that is less corrosive to metal parts and fittings. We blend both compounds with a proprietary blend of surfactants and chelating agents to help the caustic loosen and suspend soil while improving rinsability and protecting metal fittings. DAC also works with your budget! At 1 oz. per gallon of water (brewery approved for regular cleaning), a 32 oz. container makes 32 gallons of powerful, quality cleaner.
