It safely removes beer stone, protein deposits, yeast, biomass, etc. from the surface. Quickly cleans plastic, stainless steel, brass, copper, nickel, rubber, etc. without damage to lines, parts, fittings, etc. To assist in monitoring the rinsing phase after cleaning there is a food color dye to help identify the cleaning solution.
Beverage line cleaning applications should use 1/2 ounce per quart of water. Cleaning brewing equipment should use 1/2 ounce to 2.0 ounce per gallon based on soil load.
