The new Perl Flow Control Faucet from Perlick is a classic example. This brass body, chrome-plated faucet has all the features of the Perl faucet with a compensator to adjust the flow. You still get the revolutionary Perl ball and floating O-ring design which eliminates the need for a valve shaft, but the variable flow control compensator offers you more control because by adjusting the flow control handle, you can increase the restriction for your hard to pour brands. You can also slow the flow for pouring sampler glasses, as well as reduce the amount of foam when pouring into a frosted glass by adjusting the flow control handle on this adjustable faucet. The Perlick design means the beer gets no exposure to air; there's literally no space for mold and bacteria to grow. The Perl Faucet has fewer internal parts for better reliability. This faucet fits standard American shanks; no adapter required.
