This Kegco Rolling Jockey Box is ideal for party or outdoor beer dispensing and is easy to transport, thanks to the reinforced tow handle and soft-ride wheels. This double faucet Jockey Box uses a MaxCold 60-quart cooler with Ultratherm foam insulation for superior cold retention and has a leak-resistant threaded drain that allows for drainage of excess water from the cooler. The cooler lid has two convenient drink holders and the body features heavy-duty side handles for easy carrying and a stain and odor resistant interior liner to stay fresh.
The jockey box allows you to dispense ice cold beer without having to keep the kegs themselves cool. Beer is pumped into the jockey box and through a stainless steel coil that is submerged in icewater. As it travels through the coils, it is cooled down and comes out nice and cold on the other side. Designed to dispense two kegs, the jockey box includes chrome-plated brass faucets with brass levers, black plastic faucet knobs, stainless steel shank and ice box coupler assemblies, and two 3/8" O.D. 120' Stainless Steel Coils. The cooler has external dimensions of 17.5" H x 30" W x 15.5" D.
A stainless coil is far superior for cooling than the "cold plate" style jockey box.
To complete your Jockey Box set up, you will need to add the following products if you do not already have them:
1. Keg Coupler
Whether you plan on tapping an American D System keg or a European Import keg, you can choose from our selection of keg couplers to find the correct coupler to fit your needs. This dual tap jockey box allows you to select two different types of keg couplers to tap two different types of kegs at a time.
2. CO2 Regulator
A CO2 regulator helps you control the flow of gas from your CO2 tank to the keg. Choose from our selection of two product dual gauge regulators, which will display both CO2 output pressure and volume.
3. CO2 Tank
CO2 cylinders house the CO2 gas that is used to push beer from the keg through the beer line and out of the faucet. The bigger the tank, the more kegs you can dispense before needing to refill it. Generally speaking, it takes about a pound of CO2 to dispense a full size keg.
4. Air Line Assemblies
This dual faucet jockey box requires two air line assemblies (each made up of one length of 5/16" blue air tubing and two plastic air line clamps), which allow the CO2 to flow from the regulator into the keg, pushing beer out to the faucet. We have different lengths of air line to choose from.
5. Jumper Line Assembly
With this double faucet jockey box, you will need two jumper line assemblies (each made up of 5' of 3/8" Thermoplastic Super Vinyl beer tubing and your choice of wing nut or hex nut fittings), which connect the keg to the back of the jockey box.
6. Gauge Cage
Protect your regulator with a heavy duty gauge cage, which helps prevent the gauges from being damaged if the CO2 tank is accidentally knocked over.
7. Cleaning Kit
To make it as convenient as possible to keep your jockey box dispense system clean between uses, we give you the option to add on one of our quick and easy cleaning kits.
