|Comments:||This is the plug that fits into all of the holes on a Taprite secondary regulator, and the low-pressure gauge and outlet of the Taprite primary regulators.|
In short, all of the Taprite regulator holes are right-handed 1/4 NPT female / FPT, except for the high-pressure inlet and pass-through of the primary high-pressure regulators.
So, if you're plugging a hole in a Taprite secondary regulator or want to remove the pressure gauge from a Taprite primary regulator, this will fit.
This plug is 1/4 NPT Male, also referred to as MPT. NPT is National Pipe Thread, which is a tapered thread. (This means you can't just go to Home Depot and get a machine screw that fits! You'll have a leak, and probably damage the threads in your regulator.)
|Bottom Line:||I would recommend this product.|
