I got the Taprite regulators, so I can't speak for others, but Taprite's primary regulators have different threading than their secondary regulators.
This left-handed thread plug will fit in the high-pressure line of Taprite's PRIMARY regulators only. Here's the breakdown:
Taprite Primary regulators:
Inlet and pass-through: 1/4 NPT, left-handed.
Gauge and outlet (top & bottom): 1/4 NPT, right-handed.
Taprite Secondary regulators:
Inlet and pass-through: 1/4 NPT, right-handed.
Gauge and outlet: (top & bottom): 1/4 NPT, right-handed.
NPT is National Pipe Thread standard. This is a standard 1/4 NPT left-handed plug, also referred to as MPT for Male Pipe Thread. It should fit into anything else that's 1/4 NPT left-handed thread female, also referred to as FPT.
|Bottom Line:||I would recommend this product.|
