Brewer's Best Dried Japones Chiles add a medium-hot spicy pepper mix to your brew. These chiles are also known as Santaka or Capsicum Anuun, and have origins in Asia, mainly in Japan and China. This ingredient is recommended to add one chile per bottle during bottling stage and the longer it is in the bottle, the more spice it will impart. Also note that higher ABV beers will absorb the heat taken from the spice quicker.
