Thermowells are a devices that allow a thermometer, digital thermometer probe, or temperature controller sensor to be inserted into the liquid in order to more accurately regulate internal temperature during fermentation. This fermantap stopper for thermowell features two different holes - one for the thermowell and the other for an airlock, a racking cane, or anything else you can imagine.
