Q&A

The BrewEasy is a revolutionary and ultra-compact all-grain brewing system that utilizes a patent-pending two kettle recirculation infusion mash process called Kettle-RIMS (K-RIMS). This setup gets rid of the hot liquor tank of a traditional three tier system and does away with the time consuming and somewhat complicated sparging process. Ultimately, it gives the all-grain brewer the simplicity of a brew-in-a-bag (BIAB) system, but eliminates the cloudy wort, messy and heavy lifting, all while providing better efficiency! You also get the temperature control and ramping capabilities of a traditional RIMS system. It is simple to setup and easy to use, can fit in your closet which is great for those who live in an apartment or condo, and is a very approachable way to transition from extract to all-grain brewing. Now with the electric version, you can also keep your brew day inside, without having to use propane or natural gas.

This is a great option for brewers just getting started in All Grain Brewing and do not have Blichmann Engineering BoilerMaker kettles, a TOWER of POWER temperature control module, or a pump. TOWER of POWER control module stand adds wort sampling valve, stuck mash alarm, and visual flow meter, GFCI protections, pump and pump mount, sensor fitting, and flow throttling from a full sized stand.

Amazing!!! Well worth the money!
James

This brewing system is truely amazing. (5gallon 240v version). I have had it for almost 2 years now and have brewed around 50 batches on this. I have slightly modified mine with s/s quick connectors and a couple s/s elbow joints for a little more ease. The top link program makes you able to set and forget the mash cycle. I do wish they would upgrade the software as it is starting to crash a lot more. But when you open the program back up it just continues right to where it crashed. I would recommend not using the top link software the first couple times you brew so you can get used to how the whole set up works. Love it love it love it. I highly recommend it if it's in your system budget. Also make room in your budget for a certified electrician if you don't have access to a 240v outlet. That cost me another +/-$300.
