With its powerful commercial-grade 1-1/2 hp motor, the Waring Commercial FP40C Food Processor can process 1500 to 2000 servings in 2.5 to 3 hours - up to 1100 lbs. per hour! The durable continuous feed chute can also be replaced with the included 4-quart batch bowl for smaller volume processing. The unbreakable, scratch-resistant polycarbonate batch bowl is dishwasher safe and comes with a clear cover lid. This food processor offers continuous operation as well as pulse controls for fine chopping or starting heavy loads.
Standard accessories include a smooth S-blade, 1/8" slicing disc and a 3/16" shredding disc.
