With its convenient size and comfortable yet sturdy handle, the Cuisinart HFP-300 PrepExpress Handheld Food Processor can be used on the countertop or easily picked up to grate, slice or shred ingredients directly into a bowl or pan. This compact food processor features a powerful 220-watt motor with a single On/Off button on the handle for ease of use.

The unit includes three interchangeable stainless steel drums for slicing, shredding and grating/fine shredding. Each stainless steel drum measures 3" in diameter. The drums, as well as the food chamber and pusher, are easily removable and dishwasher-safe. The black and stainless steel exterior looks great on any kitchen counter and is easy to clean.
