With cooling, dehumidifying and fan functions, the Sunpentown WA-1340D Dual-Hose Portable Air Conditioner provides multi-season comfort. This 3-in-1 system offers a 13,000 BTU cooling capacity that can cool a room up to 420 square feet. It effectively removes 55 pints of moisture per day from indoor air while improving air circulation in poorly ventilated spaces. The dual-hose system provides fast cooling by using one hose for air intake and another for air exhaust to prevent the formation of negative pressure inside the room. An easy-grip handle and casters offer easy mobility of the unit around the home.

A digital thermostat control provides easy adjustment of the settings, while a 24-hour programmable timer lets you set the unit for automatic operation. With the re-start IC technology, the air conditioner restarts when power resumes after a power failure. In addition, this portable air conditioner features a washable air filter, auto-swing louvers and a built-in water tank.

Optional Heater Upgrade
An upgraded model with a heater is also available. The WA-1340DH has the same cooling power as the WA-1340DE with the addition of a 4,100 BTU heating capacity.

Self-Evaporating Technology
This air conditioner features self-evaporating technology, which extracts water from the air during the cooling or heating process. Most of the water is then recycled and used to cool the cooling coils, making it run more efficiently. When using the heating mode, continuous drainage is highly recommended.

Note: Exhaust hose installation required (all standard accessories included). Included plastic slider kit forms up to 6.75 ft.
