With 12,000 BTUs and 1350 watts of output power, this multi-season unit can efficiently heat or cool the office or home, while removing up to 60 pints of moisture per day from the air. An electronic control panel and remote controller provide convenient operation of the unit, offering 3 fan speeds, a 24-hour timer and temperature adjustment.

Evaporative technology eliminates the need for a water bucket, and dual exhaust ducts mean the air conditioner runs more efficiently. Heavy-duty casters allow the unit to be easily moved. Window kit includes 3 sliding panels.
