Capable of removing up to 50 pints of moisture daily from indoor air, the Delonghi DE500 50-Pint Dehumidifier is designed for areas up to 2,900 square feet. With soft-touch controls and a large LCD display, the dehumidifier offers easy adjustment of humidity settings and fan speed. An electronic 24-hour timer allows you to set the unit to start and stop automatically.A special safety system prevents water overflow due to a full, improperly positioned or missing tank or even if the optional connector hose is obstructed. The fully portable unit comes with durable caster wheels, so you can easily move the dehumidifier from room to room. Other features include low temperature operation, a lateral intake/outtake grille designed to allow the unit to be positioned directly against the wall and a permanent, washable air filter.
