Comments:I got this model and after about two weeks and a bunch of smoothies, it stopped working. I contacted the Beverage Factory and they were quick to handle exchanging the unit since it stopped functioning so quickly after i got it. They assured me that it was a good brand and that it's not expected of this unit to have any problems. I've had the replacement for about 7 months now, and I probably make a smoothie a day, many times two, and it's never given me another issue. It's very powerful and the jar holds plenty of ingredients if you want to make enough for a friend. I've also used it to chop up ingredients for soup and it came with some good recipes that I'm looking forward to trying out someday. My sister wants one now and since they have this review tool in place, i thought I'd give it a great review while I bought her one.
Bottom Line:I would recommend this product.
