The Breville 800JEXL Juice Fountain Elite is the world's fastest juice extractor, capable of making an 8-oz. glass of juice in 5 seconds. Thanks to its Italian-made stainless steel knife assembly and a powerful 1000-watt dual-speed motor, the 800JEXL is ten times faster and 30% more efficient than traditional juicers. After the diagonal cutting blades grind the fruit into pulp, 115 surrounding conical knives grate the pulp into minute particles and propel them against the micro-mesh filter. The filter features 40,000 strainer pores that, along with the smaller particles, maximizes extraction. The 1000-watt motor offers two speed settings: a whisper-quiet 6,500 RPM for leafy greens and softer fruits and 13,000 RPM for denser fruits and vegetables. The 3" circular feed tube accommodates whole fruits, while a patented stabilizing knife ensures pulp is propelled evenly against all sides of the juice filter.
