Designed for restaurants, bars and other food service businesses, the Scotsman CU0515GA-1A Commercial Undercounter Ice Maker has a narrow 15-inch width yet is capable of delivering a large daily volume of ice. It produces up to 67 lbs. of crystal-clear, gourmet ice in 24 hours and stores up to 27 lbs. The gourmet-shaped ice is crystal-clear and long-lasting, ideal for mixed drinks and carbonated beverages. An energy saving system optimizes cycle efficiency and ice quality while reducing energy consumption and cutting operating costs.
This commercial ice maker features a durable stainless steel contruction and is suited for under counter or bar insallation. Other features include a front access on/off switch, a "time to clean" indicator light and legs that allow for cleaning below and aisle ventilation.
