The 3036RRS-00, incorporates the U-Select Control which provides you with the ability to choose settings that correspond to the types of foods and beverages you store. With pre-programmed optimal preservation modes for specific types of food, whether meat, dairy, vegetables or spices, the U-Select Control settings allow you the flexibility to adjust temperatures to create the perfect preservation environment, keeping food fresher longer and tasting better. The U-Select® Control is programmed with five distinct modes - Deli, Market, Pantry, Root Cellar and Beverage. Each mode has an optimal set point within a designated temperature range that can also be adjusted for personal preference.

Allow a 2 1/2" clearance on hinged side for 90 degree door opening when installed adjacent to a wall. Allow 1/4" width overall for proper installation.

The digitally controlled convection cooling system precisely chills food and beverages and maintains them at the perfect temperature. Our U-Select® Control manages the refrigeration environment to keep food fresher longer and tasting better by providing the appropriate temperature settings for the various types of food you store.
Deli Mode:
Temperature range between 34° and 40° with a set point of 36° which is perfect for preserving any kind of meat, fish, poultry, butter or other dairy products; it is also ideal for maintaining the flavors of garlic, oils, nuts and condiments.
Market Mode:
Temperature range between 34° and 40° with a set point of 38° which is ideal for those who enjoy fresh produce with just picked ripeness; this mode is ideal for most fruits, vegetables, berries and leafy greens.
Beverage Mode:
Temperature range between 34° and 65° with a set point of 38° which is the best temperature for a perfectly chilled beverage.
Pantry Mode:
Temperature range between 34° and 70° with a set point of 42° which is best used for storing dry goods such as breads and baking ingredients and preserving the freshness of spices and seasonings.
Root Cellar Mode:
Temperature range between 45° and 55° with a set point of 50° which is the optimal temperature to maintain the freshness of root vegetables including potatoes and onions, as well as lemons, limes, melons, peppers, beans, cucumbers and cut vegetables.
Quick Chill Mode:
The U-Select® Control Quick Chill feature can be used to rapidly chill beverages at the lowest temperature setting in each mode for a designated period of time - this feature is available on all modes except Red Wine mode.
