It features an industry exclusive commercial grade stainless interior and full-extension pull out shelving which makes finding items and restocking your refrigerator easy. The shelves are adjustable and their stainless steel ball bearing glides provide smooth movement of the shelves. These refrigerators are rated for both food and beverage storage. The freezer has a maintenance-free automatic hot gas defrost cycle.

The Perlick HP48FR is designed with fully-integrated depth and zero-clearance hinging to allow a flush fit with the surrounding cabinetry. The front-vented, forced-air refrigeration system is powered by one 1,985 BTU Variable Speed Compressor but still has whisper quiet performance which allows it to be used in any room of a residence or office. The temperature range on the refrigerator is adjustable from 33 to 39 degrees F and the freezer is adjustable from -10 to 10 degrees F. It has a digital temperature display and push button control.

The door options that can be used on either compartment include solid stainless steel doors, solid wood overlay doors, stainless steel drawers or wood overlay drawers. The refridgerator compartment also has the option of a glass door with either a stainless steel or wood overlay frame. The glass doors have low E, UV coated glass which provides industry leading insulation and protection. The overlay doors accept a custom panel to match the surrounding cabinetry.
