In addition to baking, broiling and toasting, the BRK-200 Brick Oven Deluxe offers convection baking for greater cooking versatility. This multi-functional oven features a large 0.9 cubic foot capacity that accommodates a variety of foods and 1700 watts of cooking power. Other features include non-stick coating that covers the interior where there are no bricks, a tinted glass oven door and an oven light. The oven also comes with a baking tray, a broiling pan and 2 racks for multi-level cooking.
