From preparing pancakes to grilling steaks to making perfect panini, the Cuisinat GR-4 GriddlerŽ can handle the job. This versatile multifunction countertop cooking appliance can be used as a contact grill, panini press, flat grill and griddle and easily prepares multiple servings at the same time. It features a removable non-stick grill and griddle plates with a hinged floating cover that adjusts to the thickness of food. The temperature of the plates are easily adjustable using the two temperature control knobs. Made of brushed stainless steel, the cool-touch housing is both stylish and durable.
The Griddler includes two drip cups, a cleaning/scraping tool and an instruction book with recipes to get you started.
