| Excellent Product and Service | |

| Comments: | This is a great wine cooler and my wife and I are very pleased in it ability to do what it is designed for. Keeps the temperatures just fine in both zones. We were looking for a nice looking and good quality product that was compressor based and not thermoelectric. Yes thermoelectric are much quieter but they struggle more higher ambient temperatures. I live in a hot area where the average temperatures outside is about 100+ during the summer so the ambient temperatures are high during the day cause we do not run the a/c and this fridge does not even bat an eye at it. Highly recommend this unit. |

| Finally found the one | |

| Comments: | I was looking for a unit that was freestanding and dual zone. All of the units that I saw were very similar. Actually I did not see any difference on the reviews for the items. All I can gather is that the differences are more ascetic then anything, so now that I have gotten this far it goes to looks. By far the best looking one I felt was this unit. When I received it the box had a ding on the corner like it was dropped. I made the FedEx driver stay until I opened it and low and behold there was a small about of damage on the back corner. I then called in to beverage factory and told them about the issue. They were very nice and gave me two options; I could get a discount/refund which was very very tempting or that they would pick up the item and ship me another. Because I was putting this in a house that im selling I wanted the new one. If it was for me I would have taken the money. The next day the item was picked up and 5 days later I got the other unit and it was perfect. I am very please with the unit and it's looks. I am also very happy with the service I got here. I know the original unit was damaged but my intuition tells me that FedEx accidently damaged it. I don't think any company would ship out a damaged unit to lose on a discount or shipping it back to them and then shipping another one out at no expense to the customer. That would be a big money loss because im sure there is not a huge markup to consumers like most all products. I filled it with some nice wine and it is keeping the temp perfectly. It has been a great add on for the people looking at my house(they get the wine also). I also got the extended warranty which was very inexpensive. All in all I am very pleased with the unit and the Beverage Factory for helping and going beyond for a customer. |
| Bottom Line: | I would recommend this product. |

| Comments: | I ordered this unit from the Beverage Factory in August it arrived in about 7 days. The unit does hold 30 bottles, however, if you have big bottles the count will go lower. On the top shelves I put the bottles neck to neck in the middle and got 5 per rack. On the bottom 2 racks I actually put 5 of Chardonnay next to each other it was a tight fit. The unit works well for my needs because we drink more white wines and save the reds for holidays and guests. I think this is a very good little cooler. |

| Back to the drawing board. | |

| Comments: | The lower two shelves are shorter than the others, this is due to the design and placement of the motor and refrigeration unit. This means that the unit will never be able to hold 30 bottles. The standard size bottle of wine holds 750ml, which means they are all displace the same space, although in different dimensions. Any bottle short enough to fit in the lower shelves will be too wide to fit 5 across, any thin enough to fit 5 across will be too long. It only has 6 shelves, which means to fit 30 you must get 5 bottles on each shelf, and that won't happen. In addition I was really disappointed that the dual zones have a programmable range of only 4 degrees (6-10c in the lower section and 10-14c in the upper section) and the zones are not interchangeable. As I own more reds than whites, I had planned to use the larger section for my reds. However, this is more an inconvenient lack of a feature, and not nearly as important as the blatant design flaw/false advertising of it's capacity, and therefore it's function. I only hope it doesn't fail after a week like so many others, and am glad I got the 3 year extended warranty from RC Willey. The only reason I am not returning it is because it would cost me $55 to have them pick it up, and I would have to take another half day off work to do that. It will do well enough until I get my annual bonus and get a better and larger unit and this one will go on Craigslist. Trust me, buy something else, unless you want a 24-26 bottle unit and pray you get at least 8 short fat bottles to put on the bottom shelves. |
| Bottom Line: | I would not recommend this product. |
| Good unit but not a built in | |

| Comments: | I was initially planning on using this unit to replace my trash compactor but after discovering it was a freestanding fridge I obviously had to make a change. The stainless steel door is a very nice look and the dual zone feature is really nice, especially since I prefer white wines and it has a larger space on the bottom. I imagine if you like reds more than whites this might not be the best unit for you but it's been working great for me. Also, it's really quiet which was nice to find since that seems to be an issue with some. Overall, good unit all around. |
| Bottom Line: | I would recommend this product. |
