I ordered, it shipped and delivered. Whole process was fast and not painful at all. Great job. As far as the product, only had it a few days with no problem and very easy to setup, start and load. Looking forward to a happy wine resting.

Love it. I was attempting to find a wine frig to fit in a certain size area in my home and this was perfect. I love the shelving and how easy it is to stack bottles and pull in and out. the product is extremely attractive as well. I will be buying another one in the near future.

Only in service for about 2 weeks, so far keeping White & Reds 4-5 degrees apart, working great,Looking Great, Blue lights nice! Quality seems very good,A very nice Stainless Door.

Shelves sturdy built and solid feeling, running quietly for us. Found the 4 adjustable foot pads made it very easy to level it as well.Recommend this one to all.

Unit was delivered well and just as ordered. Flex count allows for more bottle storage then most and adjustable shelves are additional help in fitting most bottles

Our 121 bottle cooler is a replacement because our old one died. They were out of the 50+ size that I intended on buying so I moved up to one on hand. The dual zone has been nice and only varies about 3 degrees in temp. It is very attractive and runs quietly. The roll out shelves help in viewing our different wines. The controls were easy setting up the two zones. The size made it a little heavier and difficult to handle. The delivery was prompt although I did have to pay an additional $85 since I originally put in the wrong delivery address. We like the extra space to organize the wines.

I just got the unit for 2 weeks. Setting the temperature is not very intuitive and the temperature fluctuates 3-5 degrees. Otherwise, it is working as expected. I will rate the unit again in a year.

Holds around 120 bottles at ideal temperature. It looks nice and racks are amazing.

Have been using this unit for about 2 weeks. Came on the truck with a great couple of guys. Looked it over, no problems at all. Let it settle and plugged it in. Got up to temperature pretty quick..let it run with no wine for a few days (just to make sure). Worked great so have added my wine. Yes you do have to accommodate different wine bottle sizes, but no problem. So far it is keeping the temperature with a 2 degree range of my setting. This works for me. It is not soft as a kitten quiet, but does cycle and make some noise. For me OK. If you are paranoid about noise than good luck finding a model. I love the looks and am pleased with my purchase.
