Installed this on an old fridge at my cottage just in time for a guys fishing weekend. Installation went very well, clear concise instructions. Don't worry about this unit, well worth it. You won't be disappointed.

I used this kit to make our old refrigerator into a kegerator. The directions with the unit are easy to follow. A must buy.

I bought this kit to add a tap to my old garage "beer fridge." I picked it up during a sale, which made it a really good deal. It shipped fast. I was impressed with the quality. The hoses were long enough for me to set up the CO2 bottle outside the fridge. The instructions were adequate. These days you can usually find video instructions on YouTube that are helpful. I used a piece of 1 inch PVC I had in the garage for the spacer in the door. Total install time was probably 45 minutes because I had never done it and because I was installing the CO2 outside the fridgg (needed to drill additional holes without hitting a refrigerant line).

I used the cleaning kit as soon as I received it to flush out my jockey box. It was easy and uneventful.

About the only negative I've found is the beer line will give the beer a funky taste if the beer sits in the line for more than a day or so. This appears common with nylon/PVC beer lines. I ended up ordering a set of PVC/BPA free lines from a different vendor. The easier solution is to dump a few ounces of beer out if it's been sitting in the lines for longer than a day or so.

If I were adding a tap to another fridge, I would have no problems ordering this same kit again.
