Koolspace koolR Wine Cellar Cooling Unit - 300 Cu. Ft.
Koolspace introduces their koolR series of wine cellar cooling units, a quieter, smaller, smarter way to protect your wine. Each unit is equipped with a convenient lit display that lets you monitor the temperature from outside your wine cellar. State-of-the-art digital temperature sensors monitor conditions in your wine room and adjust the power levels automatically, so there's no need to fiddle with the fan and power settings. Acoustic and thermal insulation makes the koolR both super quiet and energy efficient.
With a hi-temp alarm, excess humidity warning and a multi-level vibration suppression system, the koolR wine cooling unit ensures optimal storage conditions are maintained in your wine cellar. The koolR offers a cooling capacity of 1500 BTU/hr. and is designed for an enclosure up to 300 cubic feet.
Temperatures in surrounding area must not exceed 80°F (25°C) with humidity levels not to exceed 70% R.H. (Relative Humidity). Never set your temperatures below default (57ºF) whenever ambient conditions are warm (above 75ºF) or humid (above 50%R.H.).
Outlet power must be a DEDICATED separately fused, grounded, 15 Amp 110 - 120 V line.

| Comments: | I built a small wine cellar in my crawlspace (ambient temperature varies from 55-75F)and chose this unit. It was so much cheaper than the other choices that I had some doubt if it would be very good, but it was inexpensive enough to replace once. It has worked flawlessly for 4.5 years! Well-designed, clean looks, even somewhat attractive. What else can I say? |

| Comments: | Cools quickly I just installed the Koolr 300, in a basement closet with two walls below grade. The unit got the room down to 57 degrees with in a few hours. It is much quieter and more efficient the my old Breezeair. This is a good cooler and well constructed. |

LOCATING YOUR WINE CELLAR
Provide 4" minimum clearance for both sides and back, keeping the top completely clear. Under no circumstances should the unit be "built-in" in any way.
Never locate your wine cellar outdoors or in an area with extremes of temperature and humidity, i.e. garages, attics, unfinished basements, laundry rooms, breezeways, closets or any unventilated room. In other words, these units must be installed in air-conditioned environments which do not "trap" the warm air being exhausted.
