The Epicurean Preservation System Rechargeable Wine Saver creates a 100% natural seal for red or white wines in just seconds! It preserves wines at their optimum taste, color and aroma for up to 14 days longer than corked open bottles.Manual hand-pump vacuum sealers require greater effort and offer no way to know when the bottle has been properly sealed, leading to hastened oxidation and deterioration. The technologically advanced line of Epicurean Preseravation System products is engineered with five patent-pending features, offering a perfectly controlled and efficient method to preserving wines. EPS professional-style, automated vacuum and pressure seal pumps feature a unique "Sensor Light" that turns red when optimum vacuum is achieved.
The rechargeable EPS Wine Saver comes with four standard EPS Wine Stoppers and a handsomely designed recharging base with 12-volt adapter.

HOW TO USE EPICUREAN WINE SAVER
To operate the Epicurean Preservation Systems Wine Saver:
- Insert the specially designed EPS wine stopper into the opened bottle.
- Flip the pump upside down and gently place the pump nozzle on the stopper.
- Press the button to engage the pump.
- Within seconds, the red "Sensor Light" goes on to signal that the wine bottle is perfectly sealed.
- Store the bottle upright.
- To reopen the bottle, simply tilt the valve to release the vacuum.
- Remove the stopper and the bottle is ready for pouring.
