The Epicurean Preservation System plug-in EPS Wine Saver creates a 100% natural seal for red or white wines in just seconds! It preserves wines at their optimum taste, color and aroma for up to 14 days longer than corked open bottles.

Manual hand-pump vacuum sealers require greater effort and offer no way to know when the bottle has been properly sealed, leading to hastened oxidation and deterioration.
