The dual-action Epicurean Preservation System Wine & Champagne Saver offers ideal vacuum/pressure seal technology for all types of wine and champagne. It preserves wines at their optimum taste, color and aroma for up to 14 days longer than corked open bottles. Additionally, the Combination EPS system achieves the perfect pressure to preserve the bubbles in opened bottles of champagne and sparkling wine.The top-of-the-line EPS Combination Wine & Champagne Saver is rechargeable and comes with one chrome drip-free EPS Pour, Seal & Save Wine Stopper and two EPS Wine Stoppers, as well as one chrome EPS Champagne Stopper for preserving champagne and sparkling wine. It also includes a handsomely designed recharging base.
All EPS stoppers are color-coded: red (vacuum) and blue (pressure) to coordinate with pump valve settings.

HOW TO USE EPICUREAN WINE & CHAMPAGNE SAVER

To operate the Epicurean Preservation Systems Wine Saver:
- Insert the specially designed EPS wine stopper into the opened bottle.
- Flip the pump upside down and gently place the pump nozzle on the stopper.
- Press the button to engage the pump.
- Within seconds, the red "Sensor Light" goes on to signal that the wine bottle is perfectly sealed.
- Store the bottle upright.
- To reopen the bottle, simply tilt the valve to release the vacuum.
- Remove the stopper and the bottle is ready for pouring.
- Insert the Pour, Seal & Save Wine Stopper into the open bottle.
- Place the pump nozzle into the stopper.
- Move the pump valve lever on the EPS Wine & Champagne Saver to "red".
- Push button to vacuum seal the bottle.
- Within seconds, the red "Sensor Light" will signal that preservation is complete.
- Slide the EPS Champagne Stopper over the open bottle and tighten.
- Move the pump valve lever to "blue".
- Place the pump nozzle into the stopper.
- Push button to activate pressurization.
- Within seconds, the red "Sensor Light" will go on to signal that the optimum pressure has been reached.
