The blue LED display allows the internal temperature to be easily monitored in your choice of Fahrenheit or Celsius. An adjustable thermostat allows for precision temperature control from 45°F to 65°F. Using Pek's state-of-art heat pipe technology, this unique wine refrigeration and preservation system provides ultra-quiet cooling for up 14 bottles of wine.

A built-in injection nozzle delivers 100% argon gas to your opened bottles of wine. Simply place a Pek specialized cork into an opened bottle, insert the nozzle into the top of the cork and inject the argon gas. Once sealing is complete, store the bottle upright behind the lighted window to proudly display the bottle's label. Additional bottles can be stored laying flat on the wire storage racks.

The Professional VinoVault comes with 2 Pek Click-and-Pour stoppers that twist open at the top to allow wine to be poured without having to remove the stopper from the bottle every time. Use up to 67% less argon with these unique stoppers. The system also includes 2 argon gas cartridges.
