Designed to impress and inspire anyone with an interest in wine, a U-Line Wine Captain can provide cellar conditions for a small collection or offer additional storage for those with extensive collections. As the first North American appliance manufacturer to develop a residential wine storage unit, U-Line understands that proper storage is critical for wine and has engineered all Wine Captain models to provide a safe and stable environment.
U-Line's unique triple temperature zone design adds versatility in storage, housing three different types of wine at their optimum serving temperatures or safely storing a single type of wine throughout the entire cabinet. Red wines are maintained at approximately 55°F in the top zone, white wines at approximately 50°F in the middle and sparkling wines at approximately 45°F in the bottom. Stable storage temperature, vibration safe environment and 50% internal relative humidity enable short or longer term storage.
Integrated into an exclusive maple-trimmed fixed lower wine rack display, the 2115WC wine cellar features U-Line's Touch Control Digital Technology that allows you to set the middle zone temperature and see the temperature in all three zones. It offers storage for up to 24 bottles on slide-out wine racks that fully extend for easy accessibility. The gently curved maple-trimmed wine racks can be stained to match surrounding décor. The reversible tinted, thermal-tempered glass door protects wines from potentially harmful UV rays. An adjustable on/off interior light permits an elegant bottle presentation when the door is closed and automatically shuts off after 4 hours.
The 2115WCS comes in an elegant full wrap stainless steel cabinet with a stainless steel trim glass door. Other features include automatic defrost, an audible door open alarm, a self-closing door mechanism and adjustable leveling legs.
TOUCH CONTROL DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY
U-Line's exclusive Touch Control Digital Technology is a full-featured, easy-view command center integrated into the fixed lower wine rack display. The system allows you to set the middle zone temperature and see the temperature in all three zones, displaying in both Fahrenheit and Celsius. The Touch Control Digital Technology also manages key model functions and provides user alerts.
