The first of its kind in the world, the VinoVault combines unrivaled wine preservation with multi-bottle cooling and storage all in one unit. Using state-of-art heat pipe technology, this wine refrigerator offers ultra-quiet cooling for up to 15 bottles of wine. An adjustable thermostat allows for precision temperature control from 45°F to 65°F.A built-in injection nozzle delivers 100% argon gas to your opened bottles of wine. Simply place a Pek specialized cork into an opened bottle, insert the nozzle into the top of the cork and inject the argon gas. Once sealing is complete, store the bottle upright behind the lighted window to proudly display the bottle's label. Additional bottles can be stored laying flat on the wire storage racks.
The VinoVault wine refrigerator includes 2 Pek brand specialized corks and 2 argon gas cartridges to get you started.
The Pek Wine Preservation System offers unmatched preservation capability by using 100% argon gas. Fine vintners agree that 100% argon gas is by far the most effective way to preserve the delicate flavors of your wine. Because argon is heavier than air, promptly recorking the filled bottle will maintain the protective argon blanket.
