Comments:	I am a restaurant professional and I can't believe more waiters don't know about this product. This is the easiest wine key I have ever used. The screw is coated and slides into the cork effortlessly. The serrated knife actually cuts foil and the spring lever works great. I have no complaints about this product.
Bottom Line:	I would recommend this product.
