Variation Wine Decanter Aeration Set

Aeration quickly brings out the flavors and aromas of young red wines by forcing a maximum exposure to air. Made of hand-blown lead-free glass, the Variation Wine Decanter features an unique base shape that allows the decanter to either stand upright or rest tilted on its side. The tilted position increases the surface area of the wine in contact with the air and allows the decanter to be swirled to further aerate the wine. The decanter is topped with a hand-blown solid glass stopper that doubles as an aerator. Fluting on the stopper directs wine down the sides of the decanter. The decanter with stopper stands 9-1/2" tall and has a 25-oz. capacity, suitable for a standard 750-mL bottle of wine. Comes gift boxed.
