Weyermann Chocolate Wheat is a kilned wheat malt that lends a unique flavor dimension and is processed in the same manner as Chocolate barley malt. Weyermann Chocolate Wheat is a wonderfully dark malt and is roasted to bring out the chocolate, bread, coffee, and dark caramel flavors.
