The 3036WCWCS-00B incorporates the U-Select Control which provides you with the ability to choose settings that correspond to the types of wines you store. With pre-programmed optimal preservation modes for specific types of wines, the U-Select Control settings allow you the flexibility to adjust temperatures to create the perfect preservation environment, keeping all types of wine fresher longer and tasting better. The U-Select Control is programmed with three distinct modes for wine preservation - Sparkling Wine Mode, White Wine Mode and Red Wine Mode. Each mode has an optimal set point within a designated temperature range that can also be adjusted for personal preference.

The U-Select Control makes it quick and easy to distinguish and switch between modes or settings. There are three distinct modes designed to provide precise refrigeration and maximize preservation: Sparkling, White and Red.
U-Line's Modular 3000 Series Wine Captain Models provide ample space for your wines. Each wine rack holds up to five wine bottles, while two racks per zone accommodate larger diameter bottles, such as Champagne and many of the newer Syrah and Pinot Noir bottles. Our unique wine rack design cradles various shapes and sizes of bottles safely in place.
Sparkling Wine Mode:
Temperature range between 38 degrees and 50 degrees with a set point of 45 degrees which is designed to be celebration ready - this setting will keep the champagne bubbles chilled and is also perfect for sweeter whites and dessert wines.
White Wine Mode:
Temperature range between 45 degrees and 55 degrees with a set point of 50 degrees which keeps white wines crisp, bright and ready for dinner or an afternoon with friends - from Chardonnay to Riesling, the whites will always strike the perfect note.
Red Wine Mode:
Temperature range between 55 degrees and 65 degrees with a set point of 55 degrees which allows you to cradle those special young reds like Bordeaux or bold Zinfandels for long term storage or you can set the temperature a little warmer for maintaining your everyday Cabernets at your preferred serving temperature .
