Way to go if you brew constant
SimonGood stuff, 4 star, I would go 5 if it were organic. I hate pesticides, and prefer not to drink or eat them. I brew a couple times a month and this bulk bag, with free shipping really helps keep the price down. I brew 2-3, 5 gallon batches a month which equates to 15-20lbs a month of this stuff.
I use a large tote to keep it quasi air tight. I'd recommend if you are going to take longer then 6 months to get through it or cannot leave it in a climate stable area to get those large dehumidifier sachet and toss a couple in your tote.
P.S Color being lt med or dk has little or nothing to do with the flavor of your final product. Hence a bulk buy. I make IPA, Stouts and American Ale with it.
