Question:
Is the male threading different from the female? I bought two of these and the female end attaches great to my Sankey coupler but the male end dosen't fit. it goes in about 1 turn and then immediately locks up. What is the threading on the male end??
by Thomas on July 26, 2019
Answer:
The threading should be the same for both the male and female 5/8 BSP.
Feel free to call our customer service department if your part is defective.

Question:
Does this need to be under pressure in order to be able to turn the plastic on/off lever? Mine won't budge and I'm afraid it will break if forced.
by Veronica on November 03, 2020
Answer:
Hi Veronica, these do not require pressure, and as long as you're twisting right to open, left to close, this shouldn't be the case. Contact our support team at 800-710-9939 option 2, have your order number ready, and we can see about troubleshooting or possibly replacing it!
